Webfolio enables you to manage your daily contacts with people or organizations. Webfolio stores names and addresses, contact information, extemporaneous notes or comments, documents and emails sent to or received from those contacts in the course of your business. Contact information may be opened to view by all Webfolio users in your organization or access may be restricted to a sub-set of authorized users. The Webfolio reporting module allows for contact details to be included with various Webfolio reports.

Contacts may be either persons or organizations. 

Documents of all types: email, reports, presentations, etc., can be linked with Webfolio contacts and stored in the Electronic Document Manager (EDM) under the contact name.

Webfolio Contacts can be easily synchronized with many popular contact management and email systems such as MS Outlook.
