Webfolio allows you to adjust the work flow of allocations and operations to suit your specific office practices.

In general, both allocations and operations pass through a series of statuses (states) that represent stages in the progression from initialization to final settlement. Many of these states have actions that are needed to be accomplished, e.g., sending a notice, confirming a quote, receiving the securities. In the course of the progression, sometimes a backwards step is taken, and occasionally the operation is cancelled.

Webfolio uses a series of rules to control the state of an investment session or an allocation, and the transitions between different states.
