Go to the Issue Manager
website. Choose to enter a report about an incident you've encountered,
an enhancement request, a question or whatever. Tell us a little about
your issue and your system. The issue will be logged into our
database and you will receive an acknowledgement. Your issue will be
assigned automatically to the member of our support staff best positioned to respond
to
your communication. Where required, new code will be put in place and then tested. At
every step of the way you will be kept informed as to the progress of
your issue. If the issue proves to be more than the staffer assigned it can handle, the issue will be internally escalated until it is resolved
to your satisfaction.
Issue Manager is designed
to
replace and enhance the existing support structure. The capability of
creating hard documentation and using automatic follow-up results in a
superior support system. Of course, if you wish, you can still pick up the phone
